Customer Care & Support

At JevyCO, we take customer care seriously. That is why we operate a structured service guarantee process. Before any job is signed off as completed, customers must confirm they are satisfied with the service provided through our internal system process.

If you are unhappy with the service, you may refuse sign-off. However, a valid reason must be provided. Depending on the circumstances, a full or partial refund may be considered. All complaints and disputes must be submitted directly to Complaints@JevyCO.com for review.

Please note that services cannot be cancelled within 5 hours of the scheduled appointment time unless agreed otherwise by JevyCO.
